Recently, one of our customers found themselves utilizing internal labor to audit the quality conformance levels of several lots of suspect product lots, which had been set aside taking up valuable space and resources. Our customer could not return the suspect lots as they were sourced from an international supplier ... which would require considerable communication to resolve and too much transit time to accomplish, should a return and replacement be negotiated. The spectre of the same quality issue would be a consideration with the next receipt.
Attention to Details
We work closely with our customers to understand the standards for 'process success'. We examine for both physical characteristics and dimensional standards of the parts as specified in the process control plans. Next we evaluate each process step to determine the value benefit and eliminate the steps that do not produce value and design maximum efficiency in the remaining steps. We constantly cross-train our team members to provide seamless performance to our customers.
